Bryan Stacy is an Associate Attorney at Grimaldi & Kinde, where he advocates for individuals and families navigating life’s most challenging transitions. His practice focuses on all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody and support, protection orders, and mediation.  He understands that family law is both intensely personal and part of a larger story, and he approaches it with clarity, confidence, and the conviction that even the hardest chapters can move toward resolution.

Before joining Grimaldi & Kinde, Bryan represented municipalities, special districts, and private landowners in complex water and environmental matters, gaining deep experience in negotiation, statutory interpretation, and courtroom advocacy.  He started his career with the Denver City Attorney’s Office, where he represented the City and law enforcement officers in state and federal litigation involving civil rights and torts.

Born and Raised in Reno, NV, Bryan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he earned a Certificate in Natural Resources & Environmental Law and the Public Good Distinction. During law school, he served as Outreach Editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review and as a Staff Editor for the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy.

When he’s not in the courtroom, Bryan enjoys exploring Colorado’s trails, fishing Colorado’s rivers, and playing pick-up soccer in Denver’s parks.
