Mark Grimaldi has been dedicated to serving the legal needs of Colorado families since becoming an attorney in 2013. A Longmont native, Mark earned his undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder before attending law school at Temple University. While in law school, he worked at a full-service law firm in downtown Philadelphia and served on the staff of the Political and Civil Rights Law Review, gaining early exposure to a wide range of legal disciplines.

After law school, Mark returned to Colorado and spent seven years as a Deputy District Attorney in Boulder County. In that role, he worked closely with law enforcement officers on complex investigations and prosecutions, including acting as the DA’s liaison to the Boulder County Drug Task Force. His time in that position gave him a firsthand understanding of the pressures and responsibilities faced by officers—insight he continues to apply in his practice today, particularly when representing law enforcement personnel in family law and critical incident matters.

Now in private practice, Mark focuses primarily on family law, including divorce, custody, parenting time, and the allocation of parental responsibilities. He is also a skilled mediator, known for his ability to defuse conflict and help parties reach fair, respectful resolutions. Mark brings a balanced, strategic approach to every case—whether advocating in court or guiding clients through mediation—with a deep commitment to protecting what matters most to his clients.
