Tyler Fabian is a dedicated attorney with a diverse legal background and a strong commitment to client service. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Tyler earned his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University Institute of Technology in 2014, where he is a proud member of the WVU Tech Athletic Hall of Fame in 2025. He went on to earn his J.D. from Widener Delaware Law School in 2023.
During law school, Tyler gained valuable hands-on experience serving with Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and as a summer associate at Ramsay & Ramsay, a respected family law firm in West Chester, PA. After graduation, he began his legal career as an estate planning attorney at the Law Office of James Clark in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He also served as General Counsel for Oliver Charles Sports Management, advising on contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and business strategy within the sports industry.
Since joining Grimaldi and Kinde, Tyler primarily focuses his practice on estate planning, estate administration, and domestic relations matters. He is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Colorado and brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every matter he handles.
